By accessing or using AI007 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI007 is a subscription-based platform providing research and analytics on companies across the global AI technology supply chain, including market data, AI-generated insights, and supply chain mapping.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One active session per account is permitted at a time
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • AI007 Pro is billed at USD $14.90 per month, recurring automatically until cancelled
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" option in your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and AI-generated analysis provided through AI007 are the property of AI007 and its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content from the Service without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or AI-generated content. See our Disclaimer for important information regarding investment-related content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI007 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
