Every AI Supply Chain layer closed red last night. None of the Nasdaq-100's 32 winners were AI names.

The Nasdaq-100 fell 2.50%, with 67 of its 101 constituents declining and only 32 positive. On AI007's AI Universe Heatmap, all 13 layers of the AI Supply Chain closed negative. Semiconductor Materials barely moved, closed flat at 0.00%, while AI Security (-6.73%), Quantum Computing (-6.26%) and AI Servers (-5.73%) took the worst of it.

The S&P sector data shows how narrow this selloff actually was. Technology (XLK) was the weakest sector in the market, down 3.02%. Energy (XLE) led at +2.52%, and Utilities, Consumer Staples, Materials, Financials and Real Estate all finished positive too, the kind of defensive rotation that shows up when money leaves one trade for safety, not when everything sells at once.

The clearest picture is inside the Nasdaq-100 itself. Of its 32 advancing names, none is an AI infrastructure play: Diamondback Energy, Honeywell Aerospace, PepsiCo, IDEXX Labs, Exelon, Coca-Cola Europacific, Baker Hughes, American Electric Power. The index's worst performers, meanwhile, read like a roll call of the AI trade: Nebius (-12.2%), CoreWeave (-11.9%), MicroStrategy (-9.6%), Rocket Lab (-8.0%), Palo Alto Networks (-7.6%), Palantir (-7.2%), Datadog (-7.2%), CrowdStrike (-7.0%).

The proximate trigger was CoreWeave, whose own debt yield briefly topped 16%. That revived a specific worry about how AI data-center buildouts actually get financed, on top of a hotter-than-expected inflation print reviving Fed-hike odds ahead of the Oct 27-28 FOMC meeting.

This isn't an isolated session. AI007 covered a CoreWeave-driven selloff on Oct 14 and a Korea/China chip-equipment divergence on Oct 15 -- three down sessions for AI infrastructure names in four trading days. On the weekly Nasdaq-100 chart, the index has now pulled back from a second test of its June high near 30,762, the shape chart readers call a double top, and closed back below its rising channel. The Heatmap, Index Leaders and Sector Performance pages are the tools to keep watching whether this turns into a deeper rotation or stabilizes from here.
